Unless you buy a house that you can actually afford, you’ll find it hard to enjoy all of the wonderful aspects of your home because you’ll have to focus so much on making your monthly payments and keeping the budget in an okay place. Sometimes the perfect house might be worth a little bit of a stretch, but still make sure that you’re making the smart decision over the fun one.

There are lots of great agents out there, which means that there are a lot of awesome choices for you when you start your home search.
