Instructions:

Ingredients:
- 4 cups watermelon, cubed

Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, combine watermelon cubes, feta cheese, and mint leaves.

Ingredients:
- 2 ears of corn, grilled and kernels removed

- 2 tbsp lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, combine grilled corn kernels, avocado, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro.
2. Add lime juice, salt, and pepper, then mix gently.
3. Serve with tortilla chips or as a topping for grilled fish or chicken.
4. Berry Trifle
Ingredients:
- 1 pound cake, cubed
- 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup vanilla pudding
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
2. In a trifle dish or individual cups, layer pound cake cubes, berries, whipped cream, and pudding.
3. Repeat layers until the dish is filled.
4. Top with a dollop of whipped cream and a few berries for garnish.
5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
5. Iced Tea Lemonade
Ingredients:
- 4 cups brewed black tea, cooled
- 2 cups lemonade
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Fresh mint leaves
- Ice
Instructions:
1. In a large pitcher, combine cooled black tea and lemonade.
2. Add lemon slices and a handful of fresh mint leaves.
3. Fill glasses with ice and pour the iced tea lemonade over.
4. Garnish with additional lemon slices and mint if desired.
