Taste of Canton (October 10, 2024)
Join us this Thursday at The Mill on Etowah in Canton, GA, for the Taste of Canton from 4:30 PM to 8:30 PM. Sample an array of delicious appetizers, entrees, coffee, and desserts from some of Canton’s top restaurants, all while enjoying live music. Admission is free, and a cash bar will be available for cocktails, wine, and beer. This event will take place rain or shine, and tasting tickets can be purchased in advance. Don't miss this fun-filled evening!
Taste & Brews Fall Fest (October 12-13, 2024)
For foodies and craft beer enthusiasts, the Taste & Brews Fall Fest at Etowah River Park is a must! With over 20 food vendors serving up BBQ, tacos, and more, along with a wide selection of craft beers, there's something for everyone. Enjoy live music from local bands, a Farmers Market, arts and crafts, and activities for the kids. Admission is free, and the festival runs from 11 AM to 6 PM both days.
The Great Pumpkin Fest (October 12, 2024)
Celebrate fall at The Great Pumpkin Fest at Cherokee Veterans Park! This family-friendly event features hayrides, archery, bounce houses, food vendors, a pumpkin launcher, and a costume contest at noon. Plus, trick-or-treating with vendors, so be sure to dress up! Georgia Apple Festival (October 12-13 & 19-20, 2024)
For over 50 years, the Georgia Apple Festival has brought two exciting October weekends to Gilmer County. Held in Ellijay and East Ellijay, the festival features hundreds of vendors offering handmade, artisanal goods, live demonstrations, music, and mouthwatering fair food. Named for the area's famous ripening apples, the festival has grown from a modest arts and crafts fair into the beloved four-day event it is today—while still preserving its charming small-town atmosphere.
