Whether you're looking for a family outing, a romantic evening, or simply a way to get into the holiday spirit, these are the must-see spots for Christmas lights in Canton this year. In our family, we have a tradition of everyone wearing their PJs and getting out of the house. First, we look for the donuts- yes, the “Hot and Ready sign! Then, we drive around to see all the beautiful lights listening to Christmas music.
Here are some great places to see the beautiful lights:
Downtown Canton Christmas Lights
Start your adventure in the heart of Canton. Downtown Canton comes alive with twinkling lights adorning the historic buildings and trees. The light displays beautifully complement the charm of the area, creating a picturesque setting for an evening stroll. Don’t miss the giant Christmas tree at Cannon Park, which serves as the centerpiece of the holiday decor. Grab a hot cocoa from A Cone to Pick, a local ice cream shop, and take in the festive atmosphere.
Holiday Lights at Veteran’s Park
Veteran’s Park offers a family-friendly experience through Dec 31st with its annual Christmas light displays. Enjoy a 2-mile-long drive through light show with your family and friends. The show features two drive-through tunnels, animated Christmas displays, and more than 2 million lights. Put the kiddos in PJs and you are sure to have some sleepy ones when you get home.
Hickory Flat
Hickory Flat is known for its community spirit, and during Christmas, the neighborhood turns into a dazzling display of lights. Residents go all out with synchronized light shows, inflatable decorations, and festive music. Drive through the area to enjoy the sights, or park and walk to soak up the details.
