Both have charming downtowns, beautiful neighborhoods, plenty to do and that sense of community we love so much about North Georgia. But spend a little time in each, and you'll quickly realize they have their own personalities.

Canton has changed so much over the years, but one of the things we love most is that it still manages to feel like North Georgia.

There's a little more room to breathe, beautiful rolling scenery and an incredible variety of homes and neighborhoods.

You can spend Saturday morning exploring Downtown Canton, grab lunch or catch an event at The Mill on Etowah, head to the park with the kids, and still be home enjoying a quiet evening on the back porch.

And when it comes to real estate, variety is one of Canton's biggest strengths.

You'll find communities like Great Sky, Towne Mill, River Green, BridgeMill, Woodmont and Governors Preserve, along with new construction, established neighborhoods, golf communities and properties with larger lots or acreage.

Canton might feel like home if you're looking for:

Live in Woodstock and spend Saturday at The Mill on Etowah.

But don't choose either one because a blog told you to.
